Invite members

Invite people to this workspace and choose the access they receive.

Send an invitation

Open Settings → Administration → Members (/settings/users). Invite opens Invite to your workspace. The command menu (Cmd/Ctrl K) has Invite to workspace…, which opens the same Members page (/settings/invitations redirects there).

You need permission to manage invitations. Verify your email before sending.

To send invites:

1. Enter one or more emails (Enter, Space, comma, or semicolon). You can invite up to 50 people at a time.
2. Choose a Role — the workspace role they receive. The default is the seeded Workspace Member when you leave it unset.
3. Optionally Add to team and pick a team role.
4. Choose Send invites.

New users get a signup link. People who already have a Pulse account can accept from their inbox or the workspace switcher. Resend keeps the invite valid for 48 hours from that moment. Revoke invite invalidates the link.

Statuses include Pending, Completed, and Cancelled. A send can also fail as Already a member, Already invited, or Seat limit reached.

Invite links

Invite links live on workspace Security, not on Members.

To generate or rotate a link:

1. Open Settings → Administration → Security (/settings/security).
2. Under Invite links, turn on Enable invite links.
3. Copy the URL, or Reset invite link to expire the current one.
