Favorites
Pin issues, projects, views, and documents for one-click access from the sidebar.
Favorites
Favorites sit below personal quick actions in the sidebar. Pin entities and pages you open repeatedly so you do not search each time.
Add a favorite
From most entity pages and some list rows:
- Open the ⋯ menu or favorite control on the entity.
- Choose Add to favorites (or toggle the star).
- The item appears under Favorites in the sidebar.
Supported types include issues, projects, initiatives, saved views, documents, and other linkable surfaces.
Folders
Organize favorites into folders when you maintain many pins:
- Create a folder from the favorites section
- Drag items between folders
- Rename or remove folders without deleting the underlying entity
Remove favorites
Remove a pin from the sidebar favorites menu — the entity itself is unchanged; only the shortcut disappears.
Scope
Favorites are personal within a workspace. Teammates do not see your favorites list.
