How AI usage works
Each workspace plan includes a monthly AI sessions ceiling (Free 50, Pro 500, Enterprise 5,000, Legacy unlimited, unless this workspace's entitlements differ). Agent chats, Loops, and related AI work draw from that allowance. The Billing Usage row may show Metered usage — not currently enforced.
Plan names and seats/teams live on Billing and plans. Loop runs also point here when a run is blocked on usage.
View and manage your usage
Open Settings → Administration → Usage & limits (/settings/plan/usage). Any member can open this page.
The page title is Usage & limits. From Billing, Usage settings jumps here. Pulse Agent settings also link to this route.
Use this page to see current AI usage for the workspace. Changing the underlying plan still happens on Billing, and only a Pulse administrator can assign a plan.
