Status و workflow

Status نشان می‌دهد Issue در فرآیند تحویل team کجاست. Status ستون board، فیلتر، analytics و automation را می‌رانند.

Status پیش‌فرض

Pulse workflow پیش‌فرض را به status type نگاشت می‌کند:

Status type نمودار و فیلتر «Started» یا «Completed» را بدون وابستگی به نام ستون power می‌کند.

Typeهای Triage و Canceled برای فیلتر وجود دارند حتی اگر team ستونی با آن نام نداشته باشد.

سفارشی‌سازی team

هر team از این مسیر workflow را تنظیم می‌کند:

Settings → Your teams → <team> → Issue statuses & automations

مدیر team و ادمین workspace می‌توانند:

• status را rename و reorder کنند
• status اضافه یا حذف کنند (در قوانین type)
• git automation و branch naming
• auto-close و auto-archive

تغییر فوراً روی view جدید board اعمال می‌شود؛ Issue موجود تا جابه‌جایی status فعلی را نگه می‌دارند.

جابه‌جایی Issue

status را عوض کنید:

• drag روی board
• کنترل status در detail
• bulk-update از لیست
• automation با merge MR (وقتی development link تنظیم است)

فیلتر و analytics

فیلتر بر:

• Status مشخص (Backlog، In Progress، …)
• Status type (Unstarted، Started، Completed، …)

Insights و dashboard dwell time و throughput را بر status و type گروه‌بندی می‌کنند. rename status type را عوض نمی‌کند.

رابطه با cycle و release

Status پیشرفت workflow است. Cycle و release بعد جدا هستند:

• Issue می‌تواند In Progress در Cycle 12 و هدف Release 3.2 باشد
• تکمیل release معمولاً یعنی Done (یا status completed شما)
