Administration
Configure workspace identity, teams, members, roles, security, and billing.
Administration
Administration settings control the workspace everyone shares — identity, teams, membership, security, and optional billing. Personal preferences live under Account.
Open Settings from the workspace menu. Workspace managers see the Administration section.
Workspace
Settings → Administration → Workspace
- Workspace name, icon, and profile
- Default home view and workspace notification defaults
- Feature toggles exposed as capability settings (
Settings → Features → …)
Teams
Settings → Administration → Teams
- Create teams and sub-teams
- Open per-team settings: members, workflow, cycles, labels, templates, triage, SLA, agent
See Teams for how teams appear in the sidebar.
Members and roles
| Page | Purpose |
|---|---|
Members (Settings → Users) | Invite, deactivate, manage membership |
| Roles | Custom roles when role management is enabled |
| Invitations | Pending invites (may redirect into Members) |
Invitation and member APIs respect workspace authorization — only admins with the right permissions see sensitive actions.
Security
Settings → Administration → Security
- Authentication policy for the workspace
- Session and access constraints admins configure
- Related: personal Account security
OAuth applications (Settings → OAuth applications) registers apps that use Pulse OAuth.
Platform admins may access Pulse Agent → Admin for model infrastructure — separate from everyday workspace security.
Import and export
Settings → Import / export — workspace data tools when enabled for your plan.
See Import from Jira for the supported migration assistant.
Billing
Settings → Plan — subscription and seat information (readable by members; changes require billing permission).
Hidden but reachable routes
Some admin pages are not top-level sidebar items but remain linked from feature settings:
/settings/releases,/settings/features,/settings/checkin- Per-capability pages under
/settings/features/{capability}
Follow in-product links when enabling a feature — do not guess URLs.
