North Stars

Overview

North Stars are high-level organizational goals that represent the company's strategic direction. They are typically 3-5 strategic goals for the entire organization and serve as the connecting point for all team objectives.

Create a north star

Click the + button or "Add North Star" to create a new north star. Fill in the north star name (required), description, and optional time period. To edit, click on the north star or right-click and select Edit north star.

Objectives

Each North Star can have multiple Objectives associated with it. Objectives are team-level goals that connect to North Stars and break down the strategic goals into actionable work.
