Objectives
Team-level goals that break a North Star down into what you will achieve, measured by Key Results.
Overview
Objectives are high-level goals that define what you want to achieve. Each Objective can have multiple Key Results that measure progress toward that goal.
Create an objective
Click the + button or "Add Objective" to create a new objective. Fill in the objective name (required), description, and optional time period. To edit, click on the objective or right-click and select Edit objective.
Key Results
Each Objective can have multiple Key Results associated with it. Key Results are measurable outcomes that track progress toward the Objective.
