Set project urgency so lists and planning show what to finish first.
Set project priority to indicate which projects to complete first.
Overview
Priority is optional. Use No priority, Low, Medium, High, or Urgent. It is independent of status and of health from updates.

Pon a selected project - Open the project and edit Priority
- Right-click a project, or use bulk Change project priority…
Project templates can pre-set priority. Start and target dates are not template fields — set those on the project after it exists.
Priority ordering
When a list is ordered by priority, No priority sorts last. Use Display options (Shift V) to change ordering.
